Heather Mann is a creative storyteller with experience in communications, marketing, corporate partnerships, and content creation. Driven by her passion for building meaningful connections, she prides herself on her ability to unite those around her to achieve more by working together.
In her current role, Heather supports Dine Brands’ CEO in their day-to-day communication needs, drives employee engagement by developing powerful content and executing programs that inform, engage, and inspire Dine Brands’ corporate Team Members, as well as work with the international team to amplify their groundbreaking accomplishments.
Prior to joining Dine Brands Global, Heather was the Marketing & Communications Manager for Dog Haus – an award-winning fast casual restaurant concept – where she played a critical role in the launch the brand’s virtual concepts, resulting in unprecedented sales growth and press recognition.
Through her journey, Heather has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in public relations, project management, and digital marketing. Proceeding her roles in the restaurant industry, Heather’s career began in entertainment, where she worked for several leading companies, including NBCUniversal, the TCL Chinese Theatre, and a boutique PR agency, where she had the opportunity to support the launches of Universal Studios Hollywood’s “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter,” Warner Bros.’ “Batman Exhibit,” the DVD release of How to Train Your Dragon 2, along with various film premieres, festivals, and special events.
Heather continues to build from her experience and is passionate about creating impactful, innovative, and awareness-driving initiatives that further support the efforts of Dine and its brands. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton and currently resides in Pasadena, CA.
